We support a wide range of desktop publishing softwares and our design team will take care of your art work and ensure the final print produced is as it should be.

The work flow is usually as follows;

  1. Provide written order and artwork
  2. After reviewing the artwork we will email you a colour pdf proof with an approval section. If any changes are required this should be completed now.
  3. Once we have the approved final proof we will print your job.
  4. When the job is completed we will contact you so you can arrange pick-up and delivery.

How to submit art work?

  • Adobe Illustrator CS - preferred
  • Acrobat PDF
  • Adobe Photoshop CS

Show us what your job looks like - supply hard copy colour prints. At 100% please, or if reduced tells us what percentage it was reduced to . Let us know your documents finished size. Make colour separations for spot colours. Let us know what colours are used.

Extra Hints
IBM/PC & Coreldraw Files
Remove all placed scans and images and supply them as a separate file. Export Corel Draw files as ai (Adobe Illustrator) format. Scans or images prepared in Pixar will need to be saved as TIFF format. All DTP files need to be saved as EPS files; if you are producing more than one page you need to save each page as a separate file. Please ensure that trim marks and any bleed required is included in the page size - prior to saving the file as an EPS format. Remember PC and Macintosh fonts are not compatible; so if you are supplying PC files - your files will have a slight variation of typeface style.
